We are so excited to share a fun summer decor refresh post with Soft Surroundings with you all! I’ve been working on decor updates for my living room areas and have 5 easy ways to refresh your home for summer too! 5 Easy Ways To Refresh Your Home For Summer
Step 1: Add pillows with texture like these oh so fun “bonjour & bonne nuit” linen pillow and faux fur pillow! These would also make a great presents.

Step 3: Update your wall art with a new theme like I did with this set of 4 botanical prints. They brighten up the space with the light colored floral print and linen matting.
Step 4: Add an accent able for small decor pieces that you’d like to feature or set additional lighting on. This gallery side table adds a luxe feel to the room.
Step 5: Add a lighting feature with a metal color that brings in warmth to your room. This Ravenna brass pendant was the perfect lighting element for our inset ceiling and brass curtain rods.
Now it’s time to look at the the formal living room area.
While I love all things home design and decor, I am by no means an expert. So when it came to my home refresh I knew it was time to get some expert advice. I was so excited to be introduced to Amanda of The Staged Life earlier this summer. She is so amazing!! I explained to her that I needed help with freshening up my home with some new items that I had already picked out.
