Today’s look features one of my new favorite styling trends – pairing two bright colors together. At first I was a bit nervous about mixing the lime and cobalt, but after looking back at the pictures I think the two colors created a perfect harmony. This top is a recent find at the JCrew Factory store (love their 50% off sales!!) and can’t wait to pair it with other items in my closet. While the pattern is traditional, the cut and color give it a mod feel.
Just like L, I’m loving this new tote from Coach. The tan color goes with just about everything, and the saffiano leather is extra durable – which is perfect for toting all my work and kiddo stuff around (moms, you are right there with me – sometimes it’s just easier to put wipes, diapers and a cup in your purse rather than carrying around a separate diaper bag).
So back to today’s outfit. I have to share my fave new purchase of the month! Drumroll please…the award goes to Loft’s “Talia low heel sandals” in this gorgeous nude/gold combo. Admittedly, I have a lot of shoes. As my husband would say, a LOT of shoes. But let me tell you, with as many sandals, wedges and heels that i have – I could not be without these. I’m so glad my size was still left at my local Loft store during the latest promo. They are beyond comfy and they go with so many things since they are a great warm nude shade that makes it perfect for mixing and matching. The low block heel adds a smidge of dressiness without compromising on comfort. So girls, if you are in need of a spunky spring/summer shoe that can be casual or dressed up, you must check these one out! It comes in two other colors too. But you didn’t hear that from me. 🙂
