Step 1: Add water to the removable water tank and insert it into the steam tank

Step 2: Fill glass bowl with recipe items {fruit, veggies, etc.} and plaid lid on securely

Step 3: Insert glass bowl into machine and ensure the top has latched correctly {the canister lid shows arrows of how to turn it correctly to lock}

Step 4: Select on of the three modes – steam, steam and blend or blend and the select which time {5min, 10min etc}

Step 5: Step back and let the Baby Brezza works it’s magic! One done it will beep and you can then serve the food to your baby OR store it in your choice of storage container

Now for some recipe ideas that you can make for your little ones!



  • 1 plum: diced to ¼ to ½ inch pieces
  • 1 peach: diced to inch pieces
  • 5 strawberries: diced to ¼ to ½ inch pieces


  • Place plum, peach, and strawberries into Baby Brezza® One Step Food Maker
  • Press “Steam & Blend” for 10 minutes
  • Serve to your baby or store



  • 1 apple: diced to ¼ inch pieces
  • ½ cup brown rice (pre-cooked)
  • 1 cup chicken: cut to ¼ inch pieces


  • Place diced apple, brown rice and cut-up chicken in the Baby Brezza® One Step Food Maker
  • Press “Steam & Blend” for 25-30 minutes
  • If the consistency is too thick, press the Blend Only button to blend further. Or add a little bit of water to puree further
  • Serve to your baby or store



  • 1 apple: diced to ¼ inch pieces


  • Place apples into Baby Brezza® One Step Food Maker
  • Press “Steam & Blend” for 10 minutes
  • Serve to your baby or store
