Happy Tuesday!
We are back on the blog today with a new sister style post featuring two things we love: Eliza J Dresses and leopard!! Before we share outfit details we thought it would be fun to do a short Q & A session with you all today. We try to stockpile questions that we get emailed to us or DM’s on Instagram and answer all at once so everyone else can see the replies too. Here we go!
Q: What brand is the monogram tote bag you all use. Do you like them?
A: We each have several monogram tote bags as you all have probably seen in our blog and social media photos. They are all from Barrington Gifts! They are available online as well as locally at On A Whim in Classen Curve {in OKC}. The bags are amazing and hold up so well. There is no cost for all the many customizations that are available which we love.
Q: Are you all twins or sisters?
A: Funny enough we do get this question from time to time. We are identical twins and were born 6 minutes apart. 🙂
Q: What mascara do we wear?
A: I wear L’Oreal Lash Paradise mascara along with the new Lash Paradsise primer. I really love the combo! Lindsay uses this Charlotte Tilbury one.Â
Q: What is your favorite clothing items you have purchased for fall?
A: LOFT has so many great items out right now. It’s hard to narrow it down to just one. But we’d have to see all the cute and cozy cardigans and sweater vests are at the top of the list. If you missed our recent try on post, click here. It has more than 20 new arrival items included. 🙂
Q: Do you have a new iPhone?
A: We don’t have one of the new iPhones yet but it’s on the list!! After getting a lot of feedback from others it seems like the XS Max is the favorite. So most likely we will go with that one. Definitely leave us a comment below if you all have any feedback!
Q: What collaboration has been your favorite this fall?
A: This is hard to say as we’ve had so many fun ones but our favorite would have to be Ann Taylor! We love the clothing and have been shopping at our local store for nearly 15 years. We are actually going to host a local event next month and can’t wait to tell you all the details!!!
Q: What brand makes the monogram necklace you all always wear?

Q: Are you all going to be posting more home content?
A: Yes! We are so excited that we have Whitney’s living and dinning room remodel up on the blog next month!
Q: Where do you buy groceries?
A: We love buying organic produce etc. at Sprouts and Natural Grocers. We love going to Trader Joe’s too but it’s a 25 min drive so we tend to only go once a month to grab a few specialty items. Also, the Walmart pick up option is so helpful. It’s a lifesaver for when you have kids or low on time. We like that they have added a lot more organic products both in the produce section as well as in the meats.
Q: Where do you all get your nails done? What colors do you like?
A: We go to the Polished Nails location at Chisholm Creek. It’s the newest of their three locations. All the nail techs are fabulous and we are always so happy with our manicures and pedicures. As far as colors go we typically do bright white gel or Kiara Sky “the simple life” which is a lovely pale baby pink.
Q: Who does your hair color and cuts?
A: Ali from Profile Hair Concierge has done our hair color and cuts for several years now. She’s the sweetest and so talented. Recently we had her add some more balayage and we are really loving it. Her salon is located inside the cutest boutique called Spruced Cooperative. It is located in Edmond. She also does wedding and event hair styling and makeup. How fun is this adorable leopard belted shirt dress? She paired it with a classic small Fleming bag from Tory Burch, tassel earrings and neutral heels. This dress sold out so fast at Nordstrom but thankfully we found it in stock in all sizes at another retailer HERE! It runs true to size but if between sizes go up. It’s also available in plus sizes here.Â
From casual to dressy looks, this shirt dress can do it all! The full skirt is so feminine and flattering. We hope they make it in a long sleeve version so we can wear it all winter long too. 🙂
Whitney’s Eliza J Look
For today’s sister style look I’m wearing this new black ponte dress with an asymmetrical hem. It’s so comfy and the slanted seams add a unique touch. It does run small so we suggest sizing up.
I paired this classic LBD with my fave Tory Burch Fleming bag {we are so glad this red option is available again this season}, neutral heels and of course my go to jewelry from Moon and Lola.
