Favorite Transitional Fall Pieces Under $30!

Lindsay and I are so excited to partner with Walmart today to show you all some transitional weather looks that are perfect for now and through the fall. As you all know, we live in Oklahoma and it is so hot!! But now that it’s almost September we like to start wearing cute fall outfits. So today’s looks are perfect for when you want to look like fall but you’re still in warm temps like we are!

Now for the best part! Everything worn in our outfits today plus featured in the rest of our post is all under $30! Yes, you read that correctly!! Plus when you spend $35+ you get free shipping at Walmart.com. It’s the best way to add affordable but still very on trend items to your wardrobe!

Now it’s time to share our four steps to creating the perfect transitional weather look that is not only chic but very budget friendly!

1. Select A Dress:

Maxi dresses have always been our favorite style of dress. This new dress by Love Sadie that Lindsay and I are wearing today is so comfy and flattering! It is a great example of a dress that can be worn many different ways thanks to its ruffle hi low hemline. The spaghetti straps are also adjustable. We love that this dress can easily be worn on its own or paired with a jacket, cardigan, etc. It comes in black, yellow and blush pink! It runs true to size but if between sizes go up.

2. Select A Denim Jacket:

Denim jackets are always an outfit must have for us! We were so excited to see that Walmart has a wide variety of denim jacket options that you all will definitely love. A big trend this year would definitely be distressed denim, and we love that Walmart is carrying several distressed denim jacket options.

For today’s sister style looks, Lindsay is wearing this New Look juniors brand denim jacket in size M {so we suggest sizing up}. It only costs $14 but looks so similar to $75+ versions! It’s a available in sizes S-XL and also comes in a lighter wash. You all will love it!

Now for my outfit, I wanted to add some pizzazz with this best selling leopard denim jacket from Time & Tru. It’s so cute!!! I sized up to M since I wanted a more relaxed fit than showed on the model. But otherwise we’d say it runs true to size. It’s currently available in sizes S-XXL and is just $20!!

3. Select A Bag:

No look is complete without an on trend bag. Lindsay decided to stick with neutrals and is wearing this adjustable strap crossbody bag in tan. The short handles and long strap {it’s tucked in the bag here} make it very versatile!

I decided to go with something a bit more modern with this tortoise ring black drawstring bag. It also has a long strap that is removable. It comes in four colors and is on sale for $14. You definitely can’t beat that price!
