Today’s look features some of my new fave “whatadeal” items from J.Crew. Although my all time favorite color is purple, I actually own a lot more pink and find it easier to wear with other items in my closet. So naturally, I was completely enamored with the gorgeous hot pink items that J.Crew debuted earlier in the spring. As soon as I saw these “shocking pink” Mari sandals were marked down to $69.99 in stores plus an additional 40% (compared to $228 org.), I had to have them! The gingham boy shirt is also one of my latest steals. It was normally $78, and I was able to get it for $17! It’s super soft and look forward to mixing and matching it with some army green pieces like skinny cargo pants or my army vest from last season. Funny how some things really do cycle back around each season and are still in style.
Last but not least, I’m absolutely loving this gold double tassel necklace, also from J.Crew. I don’t buy many things full price, but when I first saw this on one of my lovely fellow bloggers – A Beautiful Heart – I had to splurge on it! I’ve already worn it 5 or 6 times in just two weeks. It’s such a versatile piece and I know it will be worn a bazillion times. So that helps me feel better about not getting it at a super sale price. 🙂
