3. Lots of sleep – this is the one we continually have to work on because it is so difficult to get eight hours of sleep! But we definitely find that sleeping from 10:30pm to 6:30am is the best way to go. As the holiday schedules are starting to fill up, we are both realizing that stepping back and putting down the cell phone or turning off the TV show early is definitely worth it in the long run.
