The first stop on our Father’s Day gift guide is a men’s clothing store called Bonobos! This e-commerce menswear brand opened its first Oklahoma Guideshop location in April and now enables customers to experience Bonobos’ unique approach to shopping for menswear.
Upon arrival at Bonobos we were immediately greeted by the helpful staff at this gorgeous store! The displays are so colorful and everything is arranged perfectly! The store manager provided some background information on the brand and explained that the Guideshop retail model provides one-on-one customer service. Rather than searching for assistance, customers are assigned a Guide upon arrival.
Bonobos Guides are trained in fit and style who guide customers through the wide range of Bonobos merchandise such as suits, pants, shirts, jeans, swim, underwear, outerwear and more.
Some of their signature items are Tech Button Down Shirts, Amalfi Premium Short Sleeve Shirts, Daily Grind Wrinkle Free Dress Shirts, Silk Neckties, Stretch Washed Chinos and the lightweight Italian Wool Suits. Dad loved all the colorful ties, dress shirts and the blazer he tried on. Don’t you think it looks great on him?

From custom-designed cellulose acetate sourced from a family-run Italian factory to ultra-lightweight titanium, warby parker only useds premium materials for their frames.Every frame is hand-assembled and polished. Their logos are carefully applied by hand as well. We also loved learning that for every pair of glasses or sunglasses purchased, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need.
Their colorful storefront houses hundreds of frames for both men and women. They offer a large variety of sunglasses too! We all had so much fun trying on different frame styles. We think the frames our Dad picked out are so sharp! We each liked so many of them too might just have to buy ourselves a pair as well. Reading glasses to sunglasses, a pair of Warby Parker frames would definitely make a great Father’s Day present!

Next on our Father’s Day gift guide is Boardroom Salon for Men! It’s located across the street from Warby Parker and Bonobos. This exceptionally designed salon opened in Classen Curve in 2017 and is one of the nearly 30 locations they have across the country. No afternoon of shopping is complete without a tasty lunch! We stopped by Republic Gastropub for some time to relax and enjoy some delicious food. Republic is a casual yet upscale eatery that offers a wide range of creative menu items and unique beers and wines from around the world. This neighborhood gathering place features sleek decor and one of the best audio visual systems in the country. It is the perfect place to watch your favorite sporting event!
We all quickly decided on iced teas, Rotisserie Chicken Salads, and Donnie’s Coffee Cake. This tasty salad was the perfect mix of sweet and savory. Our Dad loved it! The coffee cake was delicious as well and perfect to split. From classics like burgers and sandwiches to house specialties like fish & chips and glazed salmon – Republic is the perfect place to eat for Father’s Day weekend!

It reminds me of my dad. I lost him when I was 16, but I am amazed every day how incredible my husband is to our kids. I like to think my dad is smiling down watching him raise his grand kids.

This would be a fabulous Father’s Day gift for my dad! He’s nearing 70 and is still trucking along! He’s survived prostate cancer and knee replacement and shoulder replacement due to being a high level athlete 30+ years ago. He still works even though he is technically retired. I’d love to pamper him with these fun gifts!
